York Street Community Center is currently under construction. This 52,000 square foot building consists of assisted living and community center. An affordable housing project for the elderly with a community center on the 1st floor offering social service programs. It is a 5.5 million dollar inner city project and is awaiting zoning approval.

Emanuel Church of Christ project involves a vacant school building that we are currently compiling a feasibility study for a health care clinic and after-school programs.

Hoffman Homes for Youth project involves a residential treatment facility for youth that implemented horseback riding therapy into their current programs.
